My name is Cecilia Carlsson and I live in Uppsala.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Uppsala University. After my graduation, I worked as a course coordinator at the Center for Environment and Development Studies at Uppsala University. I have been involved in development- and educational projects in Angola, Sudan, India, Mali, Russia, etc. In 2006 I started training and sharing NVC and has since worked with NVC.
Three questions are of particular interest to me in my work with NVC:
- Money and NVC. How do we use money from a needs-conscious perspective?
- NVC and well-being. How do we use our connection and awareness of our needs to increase our well-being?
- NVC and a needs-supportive community. What is needed in order for the wider community to embrace more needs-supporting structures?
